 Since 1993 the “INTELTEHSTROY” Holding has been successfully operating on the market of construction services in Saint Petersburg and North-West region as well as all over Russia. At present, “INTELTEHSTROY” is a diversified building and developing company.
The Holding works in the following spheres:
- Acting as General contractor, General planner, Customer;
- Building and reconstruction of public and industrial objects;
- Designing of buildings and constructions (full service); acting as General planner
- Technical engineering
- Creating concepts of territory development
- Full tracking all steps of the investment project – from the ground area selection to the input of object in operation.
- Low-rise and cottage house building
- Extensive landscaping and landscape design
The “INTELTEHSTROY” Holding includes:
- “INTELTEHSTROY” CJSC - general contractor, customer’s functions
- “ITS” LLC - structural and technological design, general planning
- “INTELTEHSTROY” LLC - contractor's work
Consequently, customer deals only with one executor, not with various contractors that allows fulfilling a high-quality project cutting time and cost of it considerably. During the past years more than 400 objects were successfully accomplished by the Holding. In the period from 2004 to 2012 a number of industrial, commercial and residential objects was engineered, built and put into operation, including:
- Plant for production of finished medicines n.a academician V.P. Filatov – engineering and building (14 000 m2 Prigorodniy village, Gatchinskiy region)
- HENKEL – building of a modern warehouse complex with built-in offices (6 500 m2 Moscow region, Dolgoprudniy, Khlebnikovo village)
- SCANIA Service Center – construction of the European largest technologically equipped service center for heavy trucks (5 600 m2 Leningradskaya obl., Moskovskoe shosse, Shushari village)
- “Amcore Rench” – construction of packing plant (8 500 m2, Velikiy Novgorod)
- Museum of retro cars – under construction, first stage development (Vsevolozhsk, Leningradskaya oblast)
- “VELZ” CJSC – construction of a logistic warehouse terminal, A-class (6 600 m2, Velikiy Novgorod)
- “Metizi” Shopping mall – engeneering and building of the shopping mall (7068,3 m2, 30-B block, Dolgoye lake, Kommendantskiy pr., Saint Petersburg)
- Mechanical plant “ Tauras-Phoenix” - administrative-industrial building (2 800 m2, Torfyanaya doroga, Saint Petersburg)
